Kemex Dosing technology

Kemex dye dilution system

The Kemex dye dilution system is used to dose concentrated dyes for dilution. The system is ideal for tinting and coloring all paper grades. The small footprint of the system allows easy installation in areas with restricted installation space.

Mixing tanks are designed to also function as storage tanks. Normally, the tank is equipped with level monitoring, continuous agitation and internal tank access through a manhole on the top of the tank.

Kemex dosers precisely measure the amount of concentrated dye and dilution water. Kemex dosers utilize a fixed volume design, eliminating on-site calibration while guaranteeing a stable mixing ratio with excellent repeatability.

Double container rack means a container rack, which has a place for two 1000-litre chemical containers. The rack is suitable for use also to 600 litres containers.

Container switch automatism is based on AKASENS container emptying sensors and container selection valves. The dosaged liquid drains through the AKASENS detector, which detects the ending of the liquid as the container runs dry.

Flexible metal texture – Teflon backed up hoses are often used as container hoses.

Compactness and ease of use has been taken into consideration in the structure of the hoses.

AKASENS – sensors ensure the complete run off of the container. The sensors hinder the airs access in to the process. In the double container system the identifier ensures an uninterrupted production and gives a signal if the container needs to be changed.
